Summary of Duties
Infinity Exteriors is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Event Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts with a strong focus on event coordination and community engagement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social environments, is highly motivated, and is eager to build relationships and grow our brand presence through networking and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
- Coordinate and execute all local events, home shows, and networking activities to promote Infinity Exteriors.
- Manage all of our event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and ensuring a strong brand presence.
- Build relationships with community partners and potential clients at events.
- Track and report on event performance, lead generation, and follow-up strategies.
- Discover new opportunities for Infinity Exteriors to strengthen our brand.
Marketing & Design
- Collaborate on the design and production of high-quality promotional materials for events, including both digital and print formats.
- Organize and manage photos and logos for event displays and advertisements.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Promote upcoming events on social media platforms and through email marketing.
- Create engaging video posts and content to drive attendance and awareness.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to strategize and develop engaging quarterly social media content calendars, and take an active role in executing and optimizing content across all of our platforms.
Requirements:
- Outgoing, motivated, and enthusiastic about networking and meeting new people.
- Very detail-oriented and creative, with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent time management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work some weekends to support event schedules.
