Very professional. From the moment I called for an estimate to the completion of the work. Josh, the estimator, showed up at precisely the time he said he would. He described the company and its origins. He explained the product, product options, the installation process, the debris removal process, the work crews and how they operated, the guarantees and warranties, everything one would need to know in order to make an informed decision. Very professional. He also explained that because of the backlog of jobs they had scheduled, he could not give me an exact start date. He gave me an "about date" that turned out to be very close to the actual start date. The work crew was absolutely fantastic. They arrived around 8 a.m. and at 1 or 2 p.m. the job was completely finished. They explained that they had a double crew on this job, and normally it takes two days to complete a job. Each member of the crew knew his job and went about it with clock-like precision. When the job was completed, the entire crew did a walk-around the grounds looking for anything that was out of order or had been missed. I was very impressed. This is a 5-star company with the highest recommendation.

We would use this company again and highly recommend it to others. Signed proposal on 5/14/08 and roof was installed on 5/29/08. The very professional crew was polite and courteous at all times. They worked from early morning until 6:30 PM. They even nailed down loose shingles on our decorative wishing well in the yard. They used a magnet tool to sweep the driveway for loose or scattered nails on the ground. Mary Jean Sparks was always very responsive and helpful to all our phone calls and helped us to send appropriate papers to the shingle manufacturer for a rebate under warranty.

I contacted Infinity through a referral from someone at work. I scheduled an appointment with the courteous office staff, and Josh arrived on time and was prepared. Josh was very professional and friendly. He explained everything, was able to answer all of our questions, and left us feeling that we knew what to expect. The week before our job was to begin we received a call from the office, informing us about the material and the dumpster deliveries, and the start date for the work. The roof was completed in one day, much to our surprise. The clean up and crew were excellent. The siding and gutters took about a week to finish and turned out great. I was amazed at the amount of work they got done professionally in such a short amount of time. Infinity kept in contact with us during the process to make sure we were happy. The project was completed and we were left with a new home. The neighborhood liked our new look too!!

It was great from start to finish. Darryl the person who did the estimate was nice, professional and always returned my calls in a timely manner. He also answered my questions thoroughly. The roof on our 3 buildings were torn down and replaced in a 1 1/2 days. The workers were friendly and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up very well.

The Milwaukee roofing crew arrived per schedule and finished the complete roof repair job in one day. The installers were professional and did a good job installing and cleaning up. We are pleased with the job.

The Infinity crew did a very nice job. Having had roofing done on this home and other properties in the past, I believe that Infinity did an excellent job at a very fair price. I'd been concerned that a low pitch area might again develop leaks through the ice & water shield, because we'd had galvanized nails rust and shrink after being in wet ice damming. Josh agreed to use copper nails in that area to eliminate the possibility of rust. Infinity's 8 man crew completed most of the job in one day, with two men doing the finish work the following day. The dumpster was only here for 24 hours and the crew was careful working around our plants and flowers. Josh agreed to re-pitch a gutter and have it discharge to the opposite side of the house. He also found downspouts to match the siding color rather than using just white downspout material.

Infinity Exteriors did the roofs for my condo development, 5 buildings. They did a great job. It was a pleasure working with Nick during the quoting process. Scott did a great job managing the project. I would definitely recommend Infinity Exteriors!

The roof installation only took about a day and a half, while the windows took about two days to install. Both experiences were great, the crews were professional, on-time, and cleaned up everything. Having experienced winter with the new windows and roof I've seen a decrease by about $20 per month on average. Though there were cheaper alternatives, he took the time to explain why these weren't the right solution. Essentially he made sure that these repairs were done right and would last. Once the time came for the project, Tim Neubert and his crew were in constant contact on materials ordering and project start/end times. Though we faced some unforeseen additional work, they quickly connected with Zac to prepare a change order for the additional work and Tim made sure all materials where on site so the project duration wouldn't lengthen out at all. Even with this setback, the crew continued to complete the project to mitigate the project duration. The crew was meticulous and made sure everything was done right. This wasn't a small project, and though we had some bumps along the way, this team was terrific to work with.

Excellent service! Low pressure. We originally called Infinity last fall, and had an appointment with Tom. He was prompt and knowledgeable. We told him we were considering getting work done in fall but possibly spring. He didn't pressure us, but kept in touch. He was able to answer all questions about materials and how all parts of the job would handled down to specific details such as how various ductwork is handled. This addition was a little unique because the roof is nearly flat so shingles are not a suitable substrate. I had Adam from Infinity come have a look and he suggested a rubber roof. He also mentioned Infinity could handle the siding project including working with insurance process. But because I was already in contract with another company I declined. They were the last one to come out and were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we received, but the time we spent with our Project Advisor, Dave, really sold us on the company. There were two very minor cosmetic things that were noticed on a final walk through, but they were immediately addressed. We are relieved knowing we do not have to worry about our roof for the next 50 years and will definitely call on them if we look to replace our siding in the future.

Zac, from Infinity, came out to do a roof inspection and found storm damage along with a leaky chimney flashing. He even came back a 2nd time to meet with the insurnace adjuster. The crew was awesome and super efficient. They had the old roof removed and new roof installed within a day. To say my new roof looks better is an understatement. All the unnecessary obstructions and roof penetrations are now gone and all the new penetrations are on the back side of the roof. Leaving a very clean curbside view. What a great experience! We contracted with Infinity to replace our siding, soffit/facia and gutters/downspouts. From the beginning, it was clear that we had made the right choice of contractors. Pricing and details were signed off at the end of December 2020, we requested installation in April 2021. They kept us informed by email: when the materials had arrived, who the project manager would be, the project start date, with each email containing a simple video of what to expect and what we needed to do to prepare for the start. A couple days before start, the dumpster arrived, the materials arrived. On the start date, we met the project manager, crew chief and crew, did a walk around to verify the requests, and then they started. This crew was friendly and efficient, on time and diligent and skilled in their work. A separate crew did the gutter and downspout installs, just as skilled and efficient as the other crew. Throughout this process, it was easy to communicate with the project manager about questions, or to discuss suggestions made by the crew. A simple phone call or text was responded to very quickly. We always felt we were well taken care of by the Infinity team. We could not be more pleased with the finished product! We have received several positive comments from our neighbors, not only for what a beautiful job they did on our house, but also about the crew and their diligence. Needed a re-roof due to deterioration of the shingles. Got a quick quote that was competitive (but not the cheapest). Because of the size and pitch of the roof, the project took a week to complete. The foreman on the crew was very responsive to our questions. The crew only stripped as much as could be re-shingled that day so that none of the bare exterior was exposed when the day's work was complete. Each day the yard was carefully cleaned. Roof has received multiple compliments for friends and neighbors. Well done!

Just an update on my review. The installation of the new roof (tearoff, new roof) was done in one day. The installation crew was thorough and left no mess in the yard. The project manager made several trips out to our home to ensure the job was going without a hitch and kept us appraised of the job. I didn't find a single roofing nail and our back patio was clear of all debris. I highly recommend Infinity when you are considering a new roof. We had a complex project for our 1990s home - full tear-out of 50+ windows & doors, portions of rotting cedar siding that were replaced with LG Smartside, new interior casing & jambs, new gutters with gutter guard (partial exterior painting by different subcontractor). The proposal came back fast and was comprehensive to understand our scope was covered. We obtained several window quotes, and felt most confident that Infinity could handle the complexity and logistics of our invasive project. The lead-time for our windows pushed our installation into mid-October. Infinity stepped up and delivered a great install. Our project was extremely invasive to both our interior and exterior but the crews worked long hard days to minimize their impact. The were kind, professional, and the quality was great! Meanwhile, the exterior siding crew worked extremely fast, overlapping the window crews and our house was transformed in a short time. The skilled crews were truly exceptional, and we are very happy with the final outcome.

New siding was installed quickly, on budget, and without major issue. Some minor hiccups afterwards(one piece wasn’t properly secured on the side of the house and came loose exposing the sheathing, front storm dorm was no longer able to close after new exterior trim was installed). However, these issues were addressed and resolved quickly, without fuss by the Infinity team. Aesthetically, the new siding looks great! Sales team and project managers were all very responsive and willing to educate w/o badgering us about adding extra services/installations. Overall, I would recommend and use Infinity again in their future for any home exterior project.

I had already received a couple bids from other contractors for a complete tear off and installation of new vinyl siding and LP shake. There were only a few days left before I had to respond to one of the bids and Zac went above and beyond to turn around a quote in a very short period of time. Back in July we had Infinity Exteriors LLC replace 7 windows in our home. We were impressed with everyone throughout the process. Zac came to our home with window displays so we could see exactly what we would be getting (other window companies had just come with a brochure!). He answered our questions and never pressured us. He was up front about the fact that they use sub-contractors for their work. This worried us a little, but they had such a good reputation that we decided to take the chance. We were notified by either email or phone during every step of the process… when the person for final measurements would come, when the windows were ordered, when they were finished, and finally, to be installed. The installers (those sub-contractors) were great. You could tell they took such pride in their work. We didn’t have all of our windows done, so they had to make the trim on the new windows “match” the ones we didn’t have done, and they did an excellent job. We love our new windows. We are so pleased with Infinity that we plan to use them when it comes time for a new roof and siding. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the installer is the one who is supposed to receive the final payment from the customer, but he is not provided an invoice or anything. We chose not to give him the money, which he had no problem with, and instead waited for an invoice from Infinity, which came a few days later. That was only thing during the whole process that wasn’t great.

I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. I had utilized the same company several years ago to improve the roof ventilation and chimney flashing and was impressed with the work that they did back then. Their representative arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case.

This summer our house has been losing a lot of cool air. In an effort to remedy the situation we called Infinity Exteriors as we were convinced it was our attic that needed more installation. When Ricky arrived, on time, he was very understanding that I own an inhome daycare and was not able to give him my undivided attention. He did his inspection and gave us the truth about where we stood, that it wasn't so much our attic as it was our windows, however, he also noted a leak in our chimney that we ourselves had come to realize after we scheduled our appointment. Having experienced winter with the new windows and roof I've seen a decrease by about $20 per month on average. I hired infinity to put a new roof on my house. The current one had 2 layers on it and was in pretty bad shape. After calling for an appointment to have a quotation Adam showed up on time and was extremely professional. Unlike the three other companies I had quote he went through the entire process with us down to the details (which as an engineer I very much appreciated). When it came time to do the work our project manager Dan was on point with great communication. Abel, who was the foreman on the job, was spectacular. He went above and beyond (and I really hope Infinity reads this; you should give this guy a raise!) and made sure we were informed, understood everything that was going on and did a phenomenal job executing the project. After the project was complete we had a heavy rainstorm and had a very minor leak through the range hood vent. Excellent communication by email and phone. Any needed tweaks were quickly attended to by Scott or the crew. My only complaint would be a few sloppy painting and caulk finishes on the wood trim.

Hired these guys in August. Day of appointment they had to reschedule because the guy was coming from Madison and wouldn’t make it on time. Okay that happens. Wanted a quote for a new patio door. They found some other issues with the roof. Said let’s fix it both. The wait for the door would be 6-8 weeks. Fast forward to November called and no one would call us back. Called again no one called back. Now we are in panic mode. Thinking we just got robbed. Called again and the door just came the day before but when I called that day it wasn’t there. Once again no called. Now the door came and we are now doing the work in December. They needed to us to authorize a work order to repair some things that weren’t caught before. No problem that happens. Wait a week before we hear back after that. Door gets finally put in. Looks nice!!! They leave and the door is completely dirty and the trim piece has a knock on it. Asked if I could get that fixed and they say of course. It’s now been a month or two and apparently I’m not getting a new trim piece. Even after talking to two different people and sending pictures. Great work done, bad communication.

I'll be quite honest, we got off to a very rocky start. I was looking to have quite a big job done, all new siding, new windows, new aluminum wrap trim, and new gutters. We did siding (+soffits, chimney cap, gutters, gutter guards) and two large windows with Infinity. I think Infinity wanted to do a great job, but the contractors they work with were a weakness for this company. The contractors had to be constantly watched to make sure bird nests were removed, contractors didn’t always listen to the project manager, and the contractors covered up underlying damage instead of stopping and fixing things.

Pricing was very fair. Quality work. The siding looks so much better than what we had. Also, there were two small items that needed touch ups and they bent over backwards to make it right. Isaac, who helped us choose and price out the siding was helpful, without out being pushy. It was a great experience from Start to finish working with Infinity Exteriors of Little Chute. When Victor Lux came out to discuss our project, he was very attentive and listened to everything we were looking for in the exterior transformation of our home. Victor was quick to put together a beautiful electronic rendering of our home and did a great job explaining how the entire project would play out. Once the project started, the quality of the workmanship was amazing, the crews were very polite and friendly. Tyler and his window crew worked throughout the weekend to get windows installed very quickly but also with excellent craftsmanship. Every window was a complete tearout down to the studs and replaces. All trim around the windows had to be replaced and looks beautiful. Ricky and his team came in next and did an amazing job removing all of our siding, facia, sofits and Gutters to be replaced and rebuilt our front porch. This all happened incredibly fast and with great care taken not to destroy our yard and landscaping. The finished product is amazing, words can't describe how truly amazing our house looks and how greatful we are to have had such great project management working with both Tyler and Ricky!

Infinity Exteriors went above and beyond when replacing our roof. They were very communicative throughout the process with daily updates on the project. Completing a roof at the end of November in Wisconsin weather is not ideal for the anyone, but the workers worked in the cold from dawn until it was dark out. What really earned them 5 stars was how they went above and beyond by fixing our Christmas lights that had to be moved to complete the project. We thought we’d have to fix them when everything was complete but to our surprise when we looked at the completed project, the lights had been fixed to the roof line again. We would definitely recommend Infinity Exteriors!

Lots of great things to say about Infinity Exteriors! Travis and his crew did an awesome job residing our home and adding trim flashing to the soffits and facia. Travis stopped daily to stay on top of the work and was easy to reach when I had any questions. He even personally put on some final touches. I truly appreciate that he got us on his schedule early in the Spring and was amazed at how fast the crew worked. They looked to have 90% done the first day! And they finished up the 2nd day just in time to beat some incoming bad weather. That was such a relief. I had siding, soffit and fascia put on my house by Infinity Exteriors. I was glad to hear that they have a lifetime warranty on the installation. Two months after the work was completed a piece of fascia fell off of my house. I called Ricky who was the project leader on my purchase. He dealt with the problem immediately. He sent someone out to check on the fascia. They found that it was nailed to rotted wood. I was extremely angry when I heard that. I launched a complaint to the company, and they took it very seriously. Ricky came back to my home and had the crew take off all of the fascia in order to check for any more rotted wood that they may have missed. In my state of anger, I was very mistrusting, and I wanted to inspect the wood myself. Ricky even held the ladder for me several times, as I climbed it. I was satisfied with their warranty and immediate action to the problem.

I had one good and one bad experience with infinity. They replaced my roof and gutters and did a great job. The roof replacement was done quickly and efficiently. However, a couple months later we had a storm that cause some damage to the roof, gutters, and other exterior parts of our house. We called them for a quote, the same project manager came by the house. First, the project manager tried to convince us the cost would be more than what insurance quoted before he even looked at the damages. Then he left and they never followed up with us or provided us a quote.
